Starla was red-listed at East Valley Animal Shelter in Van Nuys, CA. She was very sick with major ear infections, skin problems, and severely matted and covered with fleas. If I had not stepped in at the suggestion of a friend, her next step would likely have been her last. In the beginning we spent a lot of time at the vet, but now she is happy, healthy and PERFECT! That first step was all it took. My Angel in a fur coat inspired me to volunteer for rescue groups.
