Ruby was picked up stray. The distinctive scar on her forehead and her very submissive behavior leads us to believe she didn’t have the easiest life. When we brought her home, she was so timid that she barely moved off her bed. Ruby has long since come out of her shell and is now full of life and love. She runs around the house like she owns the joint (we don’t have the heart to tell her she doesn’t) and spends lazy days stretched out belly-up sunning herself in the backyard. We can’t imagine life without her.
