MYRTLE
MYRTLE
Myrtle is a real lover but was not originally that way. My colleague pulled her out of a shelter when she was days away from being euthanized. I took one look at her and said, "That's my dog." It took Myrtle a good six months to feel safe. She was very quiet and didn't show much personality until she realized l was never going to leave her. Now, when anyone comes over to visit, Myrtle must be the center of attention. She runs around, plays, kisses, and lays on my head in the middle of the night.
