MILO
Milo was rescued at the Santa Monica shelter. We were looking for a dog to be a companion for our daughter Angelica. We were going to a Dalmatian Rescue event on the west side when we detoured to the shelter and my husband Andre saw Milo. He is a handsome, noble, complex boy. But it was his eyes, ringed by brown, and framed with eyelashes-so human-that spoke to us when we first saw him at the animal shelter.
