Lucy has just arrived in the United States a few weeks earlier from Taiwan. She  had spent six months living at a veterinarian’s office, because the owner was nowhere to be found. Dogs without Borders brought her to the next adoption event. We took a quick walk around the neighborhood and right away I could tell he was bright, well-behaved and sweet.  I took her home to foster and after spending a week with her, I decided to adopt lucy, and my life has been forever changed. From the moment i met Lucy, I knew she was meant to be in my life. She has filled my life with love.
