“Oh Bingo? Bingo is a grand dog!” Thats what the volunteer at the Humane Society declared fourteen years ago as we walked up to his kennel. A one year-old German Shepherd mix, Bigno’s super-soft ears were “too big” for his body- “Satellite dishes,” we would come to call them. His dark eyes were kind and hopeful, just waiting for us to find him, he was been our constant cause of comfort and laughter. Bingo loves Christmas, opening his own presents with hilarious determination. He is our very best gift.
