After losing my beloved golden retriever, Sawyer, to cancer, I decided to give another homeless golden a home in Sawers honor. I went to the Golden Retriever Rescue of Greater Los Angeles and when I saw this one-year-old handsome dog with the biggest smile, it was love at first sight. We immediately connected and he also quickly bonded with my other golden, Digory, also a rescue from the same foundation. Austin is a very energetic, athletic and agile boy, and his swimming skills and pool dives will impress anybody. He is a daily reminder of how joyous canines can be and how the little things in life are the most precious.
