DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:
United States Shipping Methods -
STANDARD: We ship our books and calendars through MEDIA MAIL, a service offered through the USPS, with tracking. Delivery time is between 5 and 8 business days. During holidays this may take a few days longer.
TWO DAYS: We ship our books and calendars through SECOND DAY, a service offered through UPS, with tracking. Orders must be taken before 12:00 Noon, Pacific Time. Delivery time is between 2 to 4 business days.
OVERNIGHT: We ship our books and calendars through NEXT DAY AIR, a service offered through UPS, with tracking. Orders must be taken before 12:00 Noon, Pacific Time. Delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days.
Order Processing:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on holidays, Saturday or Sunday, or after 12:00 Noon Pacific Time will begin processing on the next business day.
Sales Tax:
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We do not accept exchanges or substitutions for purchased items. All sales are final.

All orders must be shipped domestically to International Checkout from Compawssion. Often, a domestic shipment fee is charged and added to the international fee. If this applies to your order, we will revise your invoice to add the domestic shipment fee and charge you accordingly. Typically, a domestic shipping fee for a single item order is less than $10.00.

If you choose to pre-pay Duties and Taxes, you may avoid customs delays and we guarantee that you will not be asked to pay anything when your order arrives.

Insurance:
All orders are insured against loss or damage. The cost of this insurance is included in your International Checkout shipping and handling fee.
